DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Our Collection Suites are intentionally designed to ensure a cohesive and refined result. Customization is limited to the personalization options provided, and significant alterations to the design are not available. Please review your proof carefully upon receipt, confirming all details are correct. Once approved and submitted for printing, the design is considered final. Any errors not corrected during proofing will require reprinting at the client’s expense.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Following your order, your digital proof will be delivered within 7 business days for save the dates, announcements, and day-of paper, and within 10 business days for full invitation suites. For designs incorporating custom monograms or artwork, please allow an additional 4–6 weeks for the proofing process.
The design process begins once all required details—such as event information and wording—have been received in full. While we may reach out for clarification if needed, providing complete and accurate information remains the client’s responsibility. Production timelines are dependent upon receipt of these details and cannot be guaranteed until they are finalized.
Should your design include photography, images must be submitted promptly and in high-resolution format. Any delays in providing required materials may affect the overall timeline. We are unable to assume responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.
PRICING
All prices shown on this website are listed in United States dollars and reflect full retail value.
As required under South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., sales tax may be applied based on your location, even in states where we do not maintain a physical presence.
SHIPPING
Shipping is included in your total. U.S. orders are sent via UPS Ground, with delivery typically within 2–7 business days.
Once shipped, all handling and delivery fall under the responsibility of the carrier. Tracking information will be provided, though updates are limited to UPS reporting.
We recommend placing your order early, as shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
RETURNS
Each order is thoughtfully crafted to your unique specifications, with materials sourced and prepared specifically for your suite. For this reason, all sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
Should a printing error occur on our end, we will gladly reprint your pieces at no cost. Once proofs are approved, however, all design and wording are considered final, and any corrections thereafter will require reprinting at the client’s expense.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. In order to provide our services, we may request select personal information, which is used exclusively for communication and fulfilling your order. Every design, image, and work of art presented through this website and throughout the design process is the exclusive intellectual property of Susan James Originals, unless otherwise noted.
Protected under the United States Copyright Act of 1976, these materials may not be reproduced, adapted, or used in any form without express written permission. All work remains the property of Susan James Originals and is not considered a work made for hire unless explicitly stated.
Any intellectual property matters shall be governed by U.S. law, with proper jurisdiction in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
